RETURN POLICY //
We accept returns or exchanges on any undamaged, unused items within 10 days (postmarked) of any delivery date. After 10 days all sales are final.
All sale / promo code items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns must be unworn and show no signs of wear. It must be in its original packaging with tags still attached and the dustbag must be included in your return box as well. Bags that have been worn and/or show signs of wear and/or do not have tags and original packaging, are not accepted for return or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any package for return or exchange that does not meet these guidelines.
All shipping, customs and insurance costs are non-refundable, and are at the expense of the customer.
Refunds will be processed in the form in which payment was received.
Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed. Refund time depends on your banking institution.
Please keep in mind, if you are buying multiple bags and planning to return a number of them: The first exchange is free. After that, there will be a restocking fee of $35 per item.
A $35 restocking fee per item will be applied, if exchanging more than 1 time/ 1 item, as per our return / exchange policy.
We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our policies.
Step 1:
Email info@ampersandasapostrophe.com for a Return Authorization code before returning or exchanging items. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges without an accompanying code. Emails will be returned in the order in which they were received.
PAYMENTS //
All payments made on www.AMPERSANDASAPOSTROPHE.com are secure. All transactions are in US dollars. We accept Apple Pay, Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Google Pay, and Discover. Payment via bank transfer, check or COD are not accepted. We do not accept orders via telephone at this time. New York state residents will be charged sales tax.
