A tracking link directing you to the shipper’s portal will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Orders placed before 1:00pm (EST) will be shipped out within 1-3 business days, regardless of shipping speed selected. Processing times do not include weekends or U.S. Federal Holidays.

  • UPS Overnight Delivery (within the US): 1 business day
  • UPS 2-Day Delivery (within the US): 2 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail EXPRESS (International): 3-5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail (International): 6-10 business days

PAYMENTS

All payments made on www.AMPERSANDASAPOSTROPHE.com are secure. All transactions are in US dollars. We accept Apple Pay, Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Google Pay, and Discover. Payment via bank transfer, check or COD are not accepted. We do not accept orders via telephone at this time. New York state residents will be charged sales tax.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

International shipping is not inclusive of duties and taxes. Customer is responsible for international duties, customs fees and VAT taxes. We advise you to check your local customs office regarding import laws in advance, before ordering, if you suspect that your country may ban or charge additional fees for the import of any products. Items will ship from New York or New Jersey (United States), with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US dollars. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for any International orders that are refused upon delivery.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

  • All returns and/or exchanges must be made within 10 days of receiving your order in its original condition. All return requests must be submitted by email to: info@ampersandasapostrophe.com, to be issued official RA#. Returned boxes without RA# cannot be accepted. Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Once your return is received, you will receive an email notification with a return form to process the refund or exchange. Refund time depends on the banking institution. 
  • Ampersand As Apostrophe promotional products and sales items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
